    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Esattas platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Esattas is a business management platform that provides:

    • Scheduling & Bookings: Event type creation, public booking pages, calendar integrations, and meeting management.
    • Sales Hub: Deals pipeline, sales dashboard, contact management, and AI-powered deal health scoring.
    • AI Features: Meeting briefs, lead qualification, follow-up email generation, transcript analysis, and knowledge base management.
    • Email Integration: Connect Gmail or Microsoft Outlook to send, receive, and manage emails within the platform.
    • Team Management: Organization setup, member invitations, role-based permissions, and group management.
    • Analytics: Booking analytics, sales performance metrics, and team activity tracking.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
    • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.

    4. Organization Accounts

    When you create or are invited to an organization on Esattas:

    • The organization admin has control over organization settings, member access, permissions, and data visibility.
    • Admins can invite, remove, and manage team members, including changing roles and deactivating accounts.
    • Data created within an organization (bookings, deals, contacts, emails) belongs to the organization. Individual members may only access data as permitted by their role and the organization's permission settings.
    • If your access to an organization is revoked, you will lose access to that organization's data.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Send spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk emails through the Service.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
    • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
    • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.
    • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
    • Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.

    6. Subscriptions and Payment

    • Free Tier: Esattas offers a free tier with limited features. Usage limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
    • Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
    • Billing: You authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
    • Upgrades and Downgrades: You may change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel a paid plan, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

    7. Third-Party Integrations

    The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet), Microsoft (Outlook, Teams), and Zoom. When you enable these integrations:

    • You authorize Esattas to access and use data from these services as needed to provide the functionality you requested.
    • Your use of third-party services is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
    • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
    • You may disconnect integrations at any time through your account settings.

    8. AI Features and Generated Content

    • AI features (meeting briefs, lead scoring, email drafts, qualification chat) are provided as assistive tools and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
    • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before use.
    • We use third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) to power these features. Data sent to AI providers is processed according to their data processing agreements.
    • We do not use your data to train AI models.

    9. Intellectual Property

    • The Service, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by Esattas and protected by intellectual property laws.
    • You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to or create within the Service.
    • You grant Esattas a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
    • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

    10. Data and Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

    11. Service Availability and Modifications

    • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.
    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
    • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of the Service.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

    • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
    • Esattas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
    • Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
    • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from third-party integrations, AI-generated content, or actions taken based on information provided through the Service.

    13. Termination

    • You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
    • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees.
    • Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

    15. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
